The Vice President of Risk Management is responsible for educating chapters about important social issues such as alcohol abuse and sexual assault and aiding chapters in developing strong risk management policies. She also works with the Interfraternity Council to enforce the Kolusis system. This year, the University of Illinois adopted the Kolusis Pilot Program which allows Panhellenic involvement as Kolusis observers.

The position of VP Internal Programming coordinates all internal programs for Panhellenic Council. They coordinate all activities associated with Panhellenic Pride Week and Greek Week. They also serve as the representative on the Student Homecoming Committee and preside over the Homecoming Parade Committee. Additionally, they arrange the social pairing process each semester.

The Vice President of Public Relations directs the external affairs of the Panhellenic Council and also presides over the Public Relations committee, communicates with local media outlets, and is responsible for the publicity of all Panhellenic events. She also acts as editor for The Agora, the four greek councils newsletter.

The Vice President of Development coordinates with chapters to serve as a resource of ideas and programming for all levels of membership development within the UIUC Panhellenic System. She also plans the Emerging Leaders leadership conference and works closely with the New Member Educators from each chapter.
