| Panhellenic Council Judicial Procedures |
Purpose: The council judicial system promotes self-governance by confidential peer review and guarantees full due process for chapters under review. In 2007 Panhellenic Council began using 3rd party mediations as a primary outlet to handle Panhellenic infractions and disputes between chapters. If a resolution is not achieved through mediation, a judicial board hearing may result. An appropriate appeals process is offered, and most sanctions include educational components to assist the long-term development of the chapter and the Greek community.
